Wanted to let you know looking at schedules for the outing to the state park we will do it on the 13th.

So next Monday plan will be to meet at 9:45 in the parking lot at Mason between the High School and Football field.

I know there are football workouts that morning that end by about 930 and we will just leave right after that. I believe there are optional baseball workouts but from talking with coaches, Mondays are just stretching and I have sent a note to the Mason coach letting him know that we would have a team outing that day.

I will have waiver forms filled out and completed for the boys you will just have to sign them when you drop your son off. As for cost please Venmo me $15 as that is what it cost for each child. You can also send extra money with them for food and snacks while we are there.

We should get there before 1130 and the plan would be to stay until about 5 PM and then drive home so we would be home around 6:30. On the way back we would probably just drop everyone off at their house.

As of now driving it will be me, Kathy Murphy and i think either Rebecca Heimbuch or Leah Sears(Evans). I will confirm with all of you.

To bring:
- shoes that can be worn in the water and you can swim in. Quite a bit of gravel between jumps
- snacks
- towel
- sunscreen
- Change of clothes for after and ride home
- phone chargers
